Emily is a kid at heart who brings fun, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to her sessions. Having previously completed a degree in Japanese Language, Indonesian Language, and linguistics, she was drawn to speech pathology so she could use her passion for languages to help others achieve their communication goals.
Emily especially enjoys working with children and their families in the areas of speech, language, social skills, stuttering, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). She loves playing games in therapy, but never wins of them!
Emily is originally from the East Gippsland area of regional Victoria but liked Canberra so much during her speech pathology placements that she decided to move here. She absolutely loves cats, karaoke, and would love for everything in her house to be pink.
