Once a quarter we step away from our usual routines and spend time together as a team, with part of the day focussed on leaving, planning or working on something together and the other part doing something just for fun. It’s a chance to reconnect, reset, and enjoy some time together outside the usual workday.
We recognise that having a child can be a stressful time for working parents. We want to take some of the financial pressures off by supporting our team with paid parental leave.
